MI Bridges Navigation Training

The MI Bridges Navigation Training provides a thorough explanation of the vision of MBA and how community based organizations can assist their clients with benefits access. Trainees will receive information on the MDHHS benefits programs, how the MI Bridges system works, and ways that navigation partners can protect client privacy and prevent fraud. Trainers will navigate how to set up a MI Bridges account with clients and how to fill out an application. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask any questions they have about helping clients use MI Bridges. Recommended participants include front-line staff, such as: in-take workers, case-managers, and volunteers. This is an introductory level MI Bridges training.

Your agency must have applied to be a MI Bridges Navigation Partner to attend the MI Bridges training.  If you are unsure if your agency has applied, please email MDHHSCommunityPartners@michigan.gov to confirm.
