MI Bridges Enhancements Coming in January 2018!

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is undertaking a transformative effort to better integrate programs and improve customer service and outcomes. A key part of this effort is an improved look and new functionality for MI Bridges. These improvements focus on the MDHHS’s relationship with clients using an approach that emphasizes delivering services in ways that support the unique needs of each person. The new MI Bridges uses enhanced technology that enables MDHHS to work closely with community partners on coordination of resources to support Michigan residents.

Community Partner Organizations can register for a webinar to learn more about the new MI Bridges implementation timeline and key features.

Please Note:  These webinars have a limited number of seats available and we would like to maximize attendance as much as possible.  If your organization has multiple staff attending, please try to have all staff watch on one computer and only register one staff member via the link below.  Thank you!

Opportunity to Promote Utility Assistance Options in Your Area

Consumers Energy recognizes that your organization may assist its customers receiving a variety of safety net programs. To complement this work, the company would like to begin dialogue on best approaches (such as the online MBA partner search tool) to guide customers to the MBA network for utility bill assistance, as well as future partnership opportunities. If your organization is interested in joining an exploratory conversation on these topics, a June summit has been scheduled for June 20th in Lansing, MI. Please reply with interest by COB Monday, 6/12, to join the conversation.
